HOUSE RULES

  • Cell phones : Cell phone use is prohibited in The Great Room. Designated areas for phone use and Zoom calls include the lobby area, stairwells, and our Hush Booths.

  • Hush Booths : Hush Booths are on a reservation system to ensure fair use by all Sweven Members. You can book your Hush Booth ahead of time right on your Member’s App. We ask that the Hush Booth’s only be reserved for phone and zoom calls that cannot be taken in Communal spaces.

  • The Great Room is a first-come, first-served shared member area. Spaces are not assigned, and will not be held if a member leaves for the day and then returns.

  • Guests: Guest passes may be purchased by members through the members portal. Members are responsible for guests. Guests are expected to adhere to all membership rules.

  • Day Passes : Day passes may be purchased on our site. Day pass holders must adhere to all membership rules through the duration of use of Sweven coworking space.

  • Access: Regular operating hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 9:00pm. Only Resident, Dedicated Desk, Nook & Den Membership holders can return or enter Sweven

    outside of regular operating hours. During ticketed events, only ticket holders will be allowed to enter Sweven.

  • Mailboxes: Mailboxes will be available to rent at an extra cost. Please see a Front Desk Coordinator who can help set up a rental.

  • Please maintain a professional attitude around members. Inappropriate language, behavior, or obscene materials are prohibited at Sweven and violators are subject to Membership termination.

  • Keep conversations at an appropriate level while being considerate of others in The Great Room. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

  • Children: Children 10 and older may enter the space as a guest but are expected to adhere to all membership rules.

  • Dress Code: Sweven is a professional casual environment so we ask that our members express their Sweven with attire accordingly.

  • Den members must report changes including the addition and removal of team members to the Community Manager via their Member’s App or email.
